Broan® Roof Mount Powered Attic Ventilators

Summertime attic temperatures can reach 150°F. Excessive attic heat can cause continuous air conditioning use because of heat penetration into living areas. Removing attic heat reduces running time of air conditioners which result in energy savings. Non-air conditioned homes also remain cooler with super-heated attic air removed. Broan® Automatic Shutter for Gable Mount PAV

Precision built automatic wall shutter. Designed to be used with Broan Models 353 and 35316 Gable Mount Attic Ventilators. Aluminum vanes automatically open when ventilator turns on and are counter-balanced for easy opening; close when air flow ceases. Steel reinforced for strength, weather-tight closure. Easy to install.
