The Supply House guarantees lower prices than any other online dealer. We do everything in our power to make sure our pricing is the lowest. That’s why we offer our 110% Low Price Guarantee.
If within 10 days of your purchase of an item on our website, you find a lower advertised price (including sales tax, shipping and handling) on the same item*, please let us know and we'll gladly meet that price and beat it by an additional 10% off the difference.**
The items must meet the following criteria to qualify:
- The product is in stock and available for immediate shipment from the competitor.
- The advertised price is from an authorized U.S. retailer*** (online or offline).
- The price is a published price and/or you have a written quotation from a competitor.
- This offer cannot be applied to previous orders more than 10 days old, the offer only applies to new orders or to open proposals.
- The product must be the exact same make, model, and color as purchased at The Supply House
- Certain items are excluded from the Price Guarantee.
- The 110% Price Guarantee applies to price of the item, prior to any shipping charges, handling fees, processing fees, taxes, etc.
- Limit (3) claims per customer in any 90 day time period.
- Limit (3) of the same item number per customer.
- Does not apply to merchants offering factory-reconditioned, refurbished, closeout or previously returned items
- Does not apply to competitors offering special promotions such as sale prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers
- We must be able to confirm the lower price, unconfirmed prices will not be honored
- The Supply House reserves the final right to determine eligibility for price guarantee
- Price Guarantee is subject to change without prior notice
Simply e-mail the complete URL (address) of the competitor’s Web Site, along with your name, phone number, order number, and the details of the price difference to us at custserv@thesupplyhouseinc.com, or for any U.S. retail store advertisement, simply mail a copy of the ad along with the above information to:

Additional Terms & Conditions
The Low Price Guarantee cannot be used with any other coupon or offer, nor does it apply to limited-quantity offers, manufacturer's rebates, closeouts, clearances, special, sale, bulk quantity items, or typographical errors. Offer does not include wholesale or "trade", contract or manufacturer direct pricing or below wholesale cost pricing. Sorry, no dealers please. Offer does not apply to specialty items.
* “Same” is defined as an item of the same styling and product by the same manufacturer. Products must be first quality, all new, factory-sealed, of the same brand, style and SKU.
** Pricing for Craftmade Fans can only be matched but not beaten by 10%.
*** The Supply House reserves the right to determine which offers are from authorized retailers. In the event that The Supply House determines that the competitor's offer does not qualify for the Low Price Guarantee, you will be notified within 10 days.
