A. No, you must buy from an authorized lighting showroom.
Q. Do all fans come with blades?
A. No, we let you customize your fan, so you must select your fan blades or the fan will be shipped without blades.
Q. Can I use the TCS (handset) and the TCSPLUS (wall remote) on 1 fan?
A. Yes, they can be used in conjunction with each other.
Q. What are the warranties on Craftmade fans?
A. We have 2 warranty periods 30 year and Lifetime. It would be stated on your warranty card.
Q. What do you do if your fan is defective?
A. Return it to the showroom where you purchased the product.
Q. Will 42" blades fit on a 52" fan?
A. No, 42" fans will accept 42" or 29" blades. 52" fans will accept 56", 52" and 44" blades.
Q. Can I add or change a light kit at a later date?
A. Yes, most Craftmade fans will accept universal light kits. |
