Precision Built automatic wall shutter. Designed to be used with Broan Models 353 and 35316 Gable Mount Attic Ventilators. Aluminum vanes automatically open when ventilator turns on and are counter-ballanced for easy opening ; close when air flow ceases. Steel reinforced for strength, weather-tight closure. Easy to install.
